This Tesla Model Y arrived in factory Stealth Grey, one of the model’s most popular finishes. We applied EISUI OEM matte clear paint protection film across the painted body panels, transforming the original gloss surface into a calm, premium matte finish while retaining the underlying color.
To complete the look, the window trim was wrapped in matte black and both mirror caps in gloss black. The trim blends naturally with the matte body, while the gloss mirrors create a controlled contrast that makes the side profile feel more sculpted and individual.

The photos were taken from different angles, but the change in surface character is clear: harsh reflections become softer, body lines read more cleanly, and the Stealth Grey takes on a more understated, high-end appearance.

Matte Stealth Grey
Transparent matte PPF preserves the original color while changing the surface character. It also helps reduce the risk of stone chips, light scuffs and wash-related marks reaching the paint directly.
Matte Black Trim
The matte black finish flows naturally into the body’s low-gloss appearance. It also adds a replaceable film layer over the original trim, helping reduce direct exposure to wash chemicals, water spotting, UV and everyday contact.
Gloss Black Mirrors
Gloss is reserved for the mirror caps, creating a crisp focal point against the matte body. It is a small-area modification that adds a noticeably sportier and more dimensional look.

Impact Protection
PPF covers high-exposure painted areas such as the hood and front bumper, helping absorb minor road debris impacts before they reach the factory paint.
Daily Wear Protection
The film helps protect against fine wash marks, light scuffs and everyday contact. It reduces risk but cannot prevent every scratch or impact.
Original Color Retained
Because the film is transparent rather than color-changing, the factory Stealth Grey remains underneath. You can enjoy a new finish while preserving the original paint surface.

Can PPF stop every stone chip and scratch?

Can I use an automatic car wash after installation?
It is possible, but hand washing is recommended for the best long-term appearance. Avoid strong pressure and brush washing immediately after installation while film edges settle.
