All installation work is performed by specialist staff by hand. Although we work carefully, tiny dust particles, film seams or slight lifting of a few millimeters may occur. Due to the nature of car wrapping and protection film, these cannot be completely avoided and are not considered installation defects.
For repainted vehicles or vehicles with deteriorated paint, paint may peel when film is removed.We are not responsible for paint peeling or damage during removal on repainted vehicles or vehicles with non-factory paint.
If damage is caused to a vehicle due to our negligence, we will respond sincerely. However,the maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant installation service, including tax.
This does not apply to damage caused by intentional or gross negligence by our company.
We are not responsible for theft, natural disasters, riots or third-party acts during the storage period when such causes are beyond our control.
Film durability depends on storage and usage conditions. Deterioration or lifting caused by use contrary to our maintenance guidelines, such as automatic car washing, is not covered by warranty.
